Frequencies of Consciousness

Higher consciousness flows through us when we align ourselves with the three energy frequencies of awareness and being. These three frequencies makes it possible for higher consciousness to flow through whatever activity you are doing as well as unite your life with the creative power of the universe. When you use these fundamental energy frequencies, they will flow into your activity and unite your actions with an awakened awareness.

Unless you perform activities with at least one of thee three states of being, your actions will be impaired and be from your ego. One conscious state might be more prominent during a certain phase in your life and you might find that they change throughout your day, alternating between two or all three. Each conscious state is appropriate for a particular condition or event.

These states of consciousness are acceptance, enjoyment and enthusiasm. Each one will attune you to a particular energy vibration frequency of higher consciousness. You need to make sure that you’re using one of them each time you are doing any activity, from the easiest to the hardest. If you are not acting from at least one of these states, acceptance, enjoyment or enthusiasm, then taking a close look should show you that you are creating suffering for yourself and for others.

Bring acceptance into your life by telling yourself that “for this moment or period of time, the current circumstances require that I do this and therefore I readily do it.” When you don’t enjoy doing a certain task or activity, at least accept that this is something you have to do. You most likely have heard the importance of accepting whatever happens. Acceptance of what you have to do is simply another feature of that. Performing your activities in a state of acceptance allows you to be at peace while you are doing them. The peace that you feel is a subtle energy vibration that will flow into whatever you are doing. You might think that acceptance is the same as being passive, but it’s actually dynamic and creative. It brings something totally new into the world. The subtle energy vibration coming from peace is a higher consciousness and one of the ways it enters this world is through surrendered acts such as acceptance.

Unless you are able to perform your activities with either joy or acceptance, you will not be able to take responsibility for the only thing you can really be responsibility for, your state of consciousness.

Acceptance brings peace and in turn brings a sense of aliveness when you enjoy what you are doing. People are now starting to understand how important it is to enjoy what they do. In time, wanting will be replaced by enjoyment as the inspiring power behind people’s actions. Our wants comes from our ego’s delusion that we are separated and cut off from the power that lies behind all creation. By bringing enjoyment into what we do, we are connected with the universal creative power.

Making the present moment the main focus in your life allows you to enjoy what you are doing, as well as significantly improves the quality of your life. Joy is the dynamic feature of Being. Enjoyment is not waiting for something meaningful to come into your life in order to enjoy what you do.

One of the most common illusions caused by the unconscious state is the waiting to start living syndrome. Growth and positive change in the outer world is more likely to come if you enjoy what you are doing now, opposed to waiting for various changes to take place before you can start enjoying what you do. Tomorrow will never come unless you begin enjoying what you are doing now.

Saying, I enjoy doing this or that, is really a misstatement. That statement makes it seem as though the joy you feel is coming from what you are doing or did. In reality, joy is something that comes from deep inside you, which then flows through you and into what you are doing. The normal belief that joy comes from something outside of us, such as through another person, an object or activity, is misleading because it causes us to look to the world for our joy and happiness. The world is not able fulfill that. Because the world’s not fulfilling what people believe they need, people are then filled with disappointment, frustration and dissatisfaction.

So what’s the connection between joy and action? You will have pleasure in any activity where you are fully present and which is not just a means to an end. It’s that deep sense of aliveness flowing from you into your activity that you enjoy more than the activity you are doing. This means that when you enjoy doing something, you are really experiencing the joy of Being in its vibrant characteristic. That’s why anything you enjoy doing connects you with the power behind all creation.

The most important purpose in life is to bring the light of consciousness into this world. We need to use whatever activity we do as a medium for consciousness.

The third in the triad of consciousness energy is another form of creative expression that may come to those who stay true to their inner purpose of awakening. One day they realize what their outer purpose is. They have a great vision that inspires them and they work toward putting that goal into action. Often this goal or vision is related to something that they enjoy and are already doing, such as a hobby or an interest.

When you add a goal to the pleasure of what you do, the energy vibration frequency changes. A certain amount of what could be called structured pressure is added to enthusiasm and is charged with a high energy frequency that vibrates with the creative power of the universe. This means there is a deep satisfaction in what a person does plus the aspect of a goal or a vision that they work toward. There’s a massive power of energy behind what you do at the height of creative activity when stimulated by enthusiasm. You will feel like a rocket moving toward your target and take pleasure in the trip.

While accomplishing your goal, other people might see you as being stressed. Stress isn’t a part of enthusiasm. Stress comes in whenever a person wants to reach their goal more than they want to be doing whatever it is they’re doing in the process.

In such cases, the balance of enjoyment and structured pressure is missing and stress has taken over because the activity is only a means to an end. If a person is stressed, it’s generally an indication that the ego is involved and they are disconnected from the creative power of the universe, leaving only the strength and tension of the ego’s desires, making it necessary to use great effort and hard work in order to create it. Stress only weakens the worth and efficiency of anything you do under its control. The link between stress and negative emotions, such as anxiety and anger, are deadly to the body and is known to be one of the main causes of cancer and heart disease.

When working with a goal, the actions you take and the activities you do in the present moment needs to remain the central focus of your attention. To do otherwise will cause you to fall out of alignment with the universal purpose.

Make sure your vision or goal is not an exaggerated reflection of yourself and a mask for ego. Goals to be a movie star, famous writer, having a mansion, multimillions in wealth, etc. are all inactive goals, thus they don’t empower people.

To empower yourself is to ensure that your goals are self-motivating and directs an activity that you are involved in, encourages you to be connected to other people as well as to the whole. So as an alternative to seeing yourself as a famous or wealthy person, imagine giving inspiration to a vast number of people and enriching their lives with your work. Feel how that enhances and expands your life and the lives of others. Imagine how it would feel acting as channel for energy, flowing from the formless source of all life through you for the benefit of all. Doing this means that your goal or vision is already a reality inside you, in your mind and feelings. Enthusiasm is the power that transmits the intellectual plan into the physical dimension. This is the mind being used to create; therefore, desire or want isn’t involved.

With enthusiasm you become empowered because you enter into complete alignment with the creative law of the universe without the ego.

You cannot manifest what you want; you can only manifest what you already have. You may get what you want through hard work and stress, but that is not the way of the new earth.”-Eckhart Tolle

Nothing great has ever been achieved without enthusiasm.” -Ralph Waldo Emerson

Whatsoever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it and it will be yours–Jesus
