Inner Peace

Everyone desires harmony and peace in their life , but not many of us even know what it’s like to have inner peace. The first step, of course, is to correct your thinking process, which in turn will make positive changes in your thoughts, attitude, behavior and activities.

So what changes in your thinking process might you need to gain inner peace? This list covers what you can experience once you have obtained inner peace; it also is a good guide to use in order to see what thoughts and behavior patterns need work and correcting.

When you have inner peace, you will experience the following-

Signs of Having Inner Peace

  • You think and act spontaneously instead of being restricted by fears from your past experiences.
  • You are able to enjoy each moment.
  • You have no interest in judging other people.
  • You have no interest in interpreting the actions of others.
  • You have no interest in conflict.
  • You lost your ability to worry.
  • You have frequent and overwhelming episodes of appreciation.
  • You have feelings of contentment and of being connected with others and nature.
  • You smile frequently.
  • You are more open to the love given by others, as well as have the urge to be loving.

  1. Hello
I would like to applaud you for posting this Video.
Women today seem to be getting more and more confused as to how to love themselves first.

What should be as natural as smiling has been lost in the bedlam of what our media promotes as the perfect image.

Thank you for supporting a healthy inner balance for women.

  2. Hi Dorothy

I’m happy to hear that you liked the Loving Yourself video. It’s really sad how things said to us by family, friends and classmates while growing up can have a lasting negative affect on how we view ourselves, regardless of gender. I agree that the media hasn’t helped with the average person’s self image and do enforce the “perfect female” syndrome.

Thank you for your comment. Have a great day!
