Why Meditate?

I write a lot about meditation, why you should meditate not only for improved health, but for personal and spiritual growth as well. I found this excellent video that explains it even more. We can see why it’s important to meditate when we are able to understand how our mental thoughts work, the importance of being in the present moment and the benefits of meditating.

    Thank you for sharing this video, it has inspired me to start meditating again.

    It is easy to get caught by daily routine and kind of “forget” to make space for those quiet moments.

    I could almost smell the incense in that video… simply watching it was already a meditation… and awoke memories of complete inner peace.
