A friend sent me this video and I felt it was such an interesting concept, as well as a unique challenge, that I wanted to share it with you. Indeed, this is a very unique one and I guess it’s hard for many people to live in a simple way now a days because of the shackles they tied themselves with.

So true. But you can start small. Look at your life and see what can be modified or eliminated now. Be more aware of how activities, things, etc. complicate your life and try to remove what you can and avoid them in the future.
